Allen Kuhl

Allen has been developing his passion for health and fitness for over 16 years. As a competitor, he believes that mental training is just as important as physical development. Training your mind the way you train your body; with structure, discipline and a game plan. He uses this to help encourage and develop his clients to be their best self, inside and outside of the gym.

From a training enthusiast, an IFBB professional bodybuilder, to an avid outdoorsman and adventurist-Allen teaches his clients how to make their training and nutrition adaptive to their body and lifestyle. He loves what he does and his care and dedication are truly felt by his clients.

Country will always be my #1! Other then that I’m a huge lover of all types of music. Elton John, 38 Special, Little River Band…but I can be all about the tropical house and rap!

Sushi, Mexican food, game meat/steak

Hobbies:
Hiking/backpacking, working on cars/trucks, snowboarding, time with friends and family, my dogs, and hunting.
